I’m a NAIT-trained Interior Design Technologist with a background in cabinetry, home building, and full-scale residential design. Since launching Savori Spaces in 2019, I’ve designed over 200 homes. This blend of training and hands-on industry experience means I design with true practicality, understanding construction, cabinetry function, materials, and how people actually live so your home isn’t just beautiful, it works effortlessly day to day.

Meet Jaimie Mehler
I’ve been designing homes since 2005, and I founded Savori Spaces in 2019 with one mission, to bring structure, clarity, and elevated design to homeowners who want a renovation or custom home that actually turns out the way they imagined it.
My background as a trained Interior Design Technologist (N.A.I.T) means I’m obsessed with the technical side. I understand the planning and documentation and details required to make everything feel seamless and expected. But I’m equally passionate about my creative side of sensory experience. I have a natural vision to see the end result and ensuring design elements such as texture, balance and placement and the details.
Why the food puns? “Cooking has always been my love language. I grew up with a childhood full of gardens, fresh ingredients, and beautifully prepared meals shared with the people I care about. Design feels the same to me, gathering good ingredients, creating something meaningful, and sharing a space that brings people together.”
Not only is my pantry is stocked with experience and knowledge in interior design, I understand the type or quality of ingredients that can make a design timeless and tasteful. I am inspired by my clients stories and tastes to blend the perfect “recipe” for your home so nothing ever feels random, but intentional.
I work closely with exceptional contractors, trades, cabinetmakers, and local suppliers who care about craftsmanship as much as I do. This results in smoother projects, better communication, fewer surprises and exceptional finishing results.
