Meet Jaimie Mehler
I’ve been designing homes since 2005 and founded Savori Spaces in 2019 with a clear mission: to bring structure, clarity, and elevated design to homeowners who want a renovation or custom build that actually turns out the way they imagined.
As a NAIT-trained Interior Design Technologist, I’m deeply obsessed with the technical side—the precise planning, documentation, and construction details required to make execution completely seamless. But I’m equally passionate about the creative, sensory experience. I have an intuitive vision for the final picture, carefully balancing texture, light, and placement so every room feels effortless.
Why the food inspiration? Cooking has always been my love language. I grew up surrounded by gardens, fresh ingredients, and beautifully prepared meals shared around the table. To me, interior design feels identical: gathering quality ingredients, curating them with intention, and serving up a finished space that brings the people you love together.
Not only is my pantry stocked with 20 years of interior design experience, but I also know how to select the right quality ingredients to make a space feel timeless and tasteful. I draw inspiration directly from my clients' stories and tastes to blend a custom "recipe" for their home—ensuring every fixture, fabric, and finish feels deeply intentional, never random.
Executing that recipe requires the right team. I work closely with an exceptional network of contractors, trades, cabinetmakers, and local suppliers who care about craftsmanship as much as I do. The result? Smoother projects, clear communication, fewer surprises, and flawless finishing details.
Based in Edmonton, Alberta I serve clients throughout Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and surrounding areas across Alberta and beyond. When I’m not bringing client visions to life, my favorite moments are spent at home with my family, hanging out with my mini schnauzer, or getting outside.
